Your Guarantee

Thrift Handy is operated by Thrift Urban Housing, itself a registered charity.

In the unlikely event of anything happening to Thrift Handy/Thrift Urban, the charity will pay for another firm of accredited builders to carry out the work to completion, free of any additional charge to you.

If any complaint should arise then we must be notified of the complaint immediately and in such a case you agree to give us the opportunity to attend upon the complaint and find a resolution to it through our internal procedures, which are in three stages.
